We are committed to explore and spread the most advanced development of geoscientific technology by keeping up with the technology development in the geoscientific subject and proposing solutions based on the continual R&D.

Rahmantara Trichandi

Rahmantara Trichandi

Seismologist / Energy analyst

Chandi has 10 years of experiences in seismology & seismic subsurface imaging and 2 years experiences as energy analyst. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Geophysical Engineering Institut Teknologi Bandung, master’s degree in TU Delft, and his doctoral in TU Berlin. He is now a postdoctoral researcher at The GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam, Germany. He has expertise in active and seismic data processing, bayesian inversion, and scientific programming with Python and Matlab.

Research interest: Seismology, Near-Surface Geophysics, Urban and Environmental Seismology

Data Scientist / Geophysicist

Dekha has over 10 years of experience as a Senior Consultant at the intersection of subsurface data management, geophysics, and advanced data science. His expertise includes developing integrated digital solutions and AI-driven initiatives for upstream energy clients, assessing technology landscapes, and designing robust data models. He brings a comprehensive ability to bridge geophysical consulting with end-to-end data science and software engineering, driving workflow optimization and operational efficiency.

Izzul Qudsi

Izzul Qudsi

Data Geoscientist / Group Coordinator

Izzul has 10+ years of experience in subsurface analysis, petrophysics, and exploration workflows. He is a data geoscientist with expertise in the surface and subsurface workflow applications for geothermal and oil and gas exploration. Currently focusing on the implementation of deep learning on geoscientific cases. Strong background in consultancy, R&D collaboration, and production-ready geoscience applications.

He completed his bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering Universitas Padjajaran and master’s degree in ITC Universiteit Twente. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Geology at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, applying artificial intelligence to hyperspectral data of drill-core data to advance digital subsurface characterization.

Research interests: Deep learning, exploration geoscience, geothermal, formations characterization.

John Papilon Steven Guntoro

Geophysicist / Data Scientist

John has over 10 years in oil & gas industry. He completed both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Geophysics University of Southampton. He now focuses on the development and deployment of automated solutions for well integrity analysis. He is passionate about using data analytics and machine learning to drive automation solutions that streamline operations and minimise manual effort for SMEs.

Research Interests : Automated data analysis, Explainable Artificial Intelligence, Well integrity analysis.

Software Developer / Reservoir Engineer

Vian is a software developer with 6 years of experience building digital solutions for the oil and gas industry. With an academic background in Geology and Reservoir Evaluation & Management, he combines strong domain knowledge in geoscience with practical software engineering expertise to deliver industry-focused, data-driven applications.

Research Interests: Machine Learning, GIS, Remote Sensing, Data Analysis
